We climbed to the Mycenaean Acropolis! Before the hike they told us it was going to be a really steep hill... more like rock climbing😅Â

Such a pretty view from the topÂ

The archaeologists believe that this Mycenaean settlement was set on fire when enemies attacked it. It must had been abandoned by the end of 13th century BC. Â

A beach at the bottomÂ

After the hike we took a 20 minute bus ride to Kalogeros beach! It is famous for its clay. All we had to do is scrape it of the sides of the cliffs then rub it all over our body and wait for it to dry!Â

About 30 minutes later we washed it off in the sea and it left our skin feeling extra softÂ

After the beach we visited Lefkes, a town south east of Parikia (the town we live in)Â

Such a beautiful cemetery behind a church in LefkesÂ
